As a response to COVID-19 we launched our At-Home Virtual Clinic allowing clients to follow the EasyWeigh plan from the safety of their own home.
The thing we love about the At-Home Clinic is that it is so empowering for clients. There’s a real sense of personal achievement that comes with managing your weight without having to physically present yourself for a weigh-in.
The At-Home programme is almost identical to the In-Clinic one. It’s private, it’s one-to-one, and it’s based on your individual needs. The main difference is that you weigh yourself at home and your weekly appointments are via videocall on WhatsApp or Messenger, or if you prefer, we can do a phone consultation.
Following an Assessment call, we work out your individual plan and send it to you in the mail. Once you receive your EasyFoods booklet and Food Diary we schedule your first call to go through the plan and ensure that you understand fully how to follow it.
Just like the In-Clinic programme, you select from a 6, 10,15 or 20-week plan, depending on how much weight you wish to lose.
You receive your plan in the post
You weigh yourself weekly, prior to each video/phone call appointment. We log your weight on your personal file and have a chat with you about your progress and any issues you encounter
