There’s online coaching, Zoom classes and a host of digital resources. Even your local school could be running an online healthy cookery course!
Find out what’s happening around you, or on your airwaves, and choose something that you think is a good fit for you. Consider time, cost and compatibility. Can you fit this into your daily or weekly schedule? Is it affordable for the length of time you need to commit? And are you going to like it or hate it? In other words, have you found your fit?
