About This Project

INGREDIENTS


 

  • 25g porridge oats
  • 50ml cold water or low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • Handful of chopped fruit or berries
  • Tsp of seeds (sunflower, chia, pumpkin)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sweetener such as Canderel to taste (optional)

METHOD


Place porridge oats in a bowl

Stir in water or milk

Top with yoghurt, fruit, seeds and cinnamon

Sprinkle with sweetener if desired

Place in fridge overnight

 

Eat for breakfast and enjoy!
