Raspberry Trifle

About This Project


  • 50g light cottage cheese
  • 350g 0% fat plain Greek yoghurt
  • 250g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 60g low sugar muesli


Place the cottage cheese, yoghurt, 2/3 of the raspberries and sweetener in a blender and blitz until smooth.

Keep the rest of the raspberries for garnish.

Prepare 4 smallish glasses or jars and layer the trifle.

Start with a layer of blended mixture, then muesli, and some fresh raspberries on top.

Continue until you use all of the ingredients.

Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until required.
