When you come to the clinic for your weekly appointment, we sit down with you and discuss how your week went. We review your food diary and chat with you about anything that has helped or hindered your weight loss efforts, such as mood, stress, motivation, family or work pressures, health issues, and exercise. And we see how best to handle any hurdles or setbacks and how to make the most of your achievements. At your weekly session we also check your weight and take your blood pressure.
