We want to find out what has caused your weight problem and see how best to help you.

During your Assessment appointment, which takes around 30 minutes, we gather information about your weight, health, food preferences, eating habits, and related lifestyle.

We also explain how EasyWeigh works and how you can fit it into you weekly schedule. This Assessment lets you see if EasyWeigh is for you, and it allows us to advise if you are suited to the programme. 

At the end of the Assessment you can decide if you want to sign up for one of our plans, and start losing weight the EasyWeigh.

Depending on how much weight you wish to lose, you can choose to sign up for a 6, 10, 15 or 20-week plan. When your plan ends you can always extend your time with EasyWeigh by adding on another plan, right up until you reach your target weight.
