INGREDIENTS
- 25g porridge oats
- 50ml cold water or low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
- Handful of chopped fruit or berries
- Tsp of seeds (sunflower, chia, pumpkin)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sweetener such as Canderel to taste (optional)
METHOD
Place porridge oats in a bowl
Stir in water or milk
Top with yoghurt, fruit, seeds and cinnamon
Sprinkle with sweetener if desired
Place in fridge overnight
Eat for breakfast and enjoy!
